After spending two winters in the Mojave Desert, I find that I am facinated with the snowfall here in Montana. It hasn't been as cold as I thought it would be here, well not yet anyway. . . .

We had this soaking rain storm the other day that washed a few things up onto our patio: seeds and twigs, and leaves and worms...... Yes worms...... which drew the Robins in . . .

Even though this part of Montana had an early spring this year, the Robins seemed to be late bloomers. She built her nest in a tree just off our patio, and the only reason I knew . . .
